Topic: Why Vulnerability matters in Business
Vulnerability is defined as the emotion we experience when we feel uncertain, at risk, or emotionally exposed. Vulnerability is not about winning or losing, but it is about the willingness to show up and be brave, even when we can’t predict or control the outcome.

Guest Speaker: Liesel Scott
Insightful and experienced, Liesel brings both professional ability and personal authenticity to her work. As a Leadership and Organisational Culture consultant, facilitator and coach, Liesel has partnered with a wide range of clients for over 15 years, in both South Africa and the UK.
In 2015 Liesel trained with Dr. Brené Brown in London, and she is certified as both a Daring Way™ and Dare to Lead™ facilitator. She is also the co-founder of a business called Open Circles, which supports organisations and schools to work towards building a more inclusive culture through the power of dialogue.
Liesel holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Ethics (Cum Laude) from the University of Stellenbosch. She also has a Diploma in Personal Transformational Coaching from the Animas Centre for Coaching in London and is certified as an Associate Coach with the International Coach Federation.
Liesel is a wife, mom of two spirited young daughters, an occasional marathon runner, and a proud South African.
