Research has indicated that 72% of brands could disappear tomorrow and new age consumers would not bat an eyelid (World Economic Forum Reflection, 2013). Brands cannot escape this generation new dimensional way of thinking and conducting themselves in 2021. As the regional head of Vega’s strategic Honours Degree programs, Richard is well versed in the language of this new brand phenomena. All stakeholders in brand would be wise to educate themselves in this generational shift and allow these learnings to reinforce their brands communication and behaviour for the consumer of tomorrow.
