Guest Speaker: Mthokozisi Shange

Mthokozisi Shange, or Mthoko as he prefers to be known is proudly South African, born in Hammersdale and happily married to his wife Christy. Together they have two children, Sam and Thandi. Mthoko is a co-founder at Giant Steps consulting, founder of Imbizo business and recently founded Imbizo foundation, a Leadership and life skills-based organization. For the last eight years, he has facilitated and trained leadership development schools, focusing on raising leaders and mentoring young people from all walks of life. He has travelled internationally, speaking, training and facilitating issues of bridging racial and social divides through forming good leadership structures, local and in countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Ireland, Kenya and Burundi. His work in leadership development and conflict resolution has given him opportunities to work with leaders from a variety of fields, including the business, NGO and education sectors.
