Topic: Conscious Capitalism in real terms - How to be a better boss (leader)
We all have a classic idea of Capitalism, often it leaves a bad taste in our mouths. But There is a better way. The way that is inherently designed for everyone to win. We are in business to make money, we need to embrace this but also focus on how we can incorporate strategies to benefit all stakeholders.
Presenter: Camilla Leurs
Camilla originally studied Biology and Food Safety before starting her own business in 2014. Since then she has proudly been the co-owner of Out The Box IT.
One of the main reasons she started her own business was because she had a very long tedious line of terrible bosses. Camilla believed there was a better way to do business, so she started her own with, her now husband, Tim.
What she had innately felt, turned out to be a global movement of people wanting better for the world. This is where her desire to share the concept of Conscious Capitalism stems. Camilla truly believes we can change the world!
