Guest Speaker: Sue St.Leger
Sue St.Leger holds a Cum Laude Honours Degree in Business Management and has over 20 year’s business experience, the last 9 of which have been in the Human Capital and Organisational Development arena.
Sue has extensive facilitation experience. Following her initial training in the USA, she successfully facilitated global teams and has conducted training on a variety of topics including Coaching and Mentoring, Effective Decision-Making, and her personal favourite, Transformational Leadership.
She was certified in the USA as a Prosci Change Management Trainer and Practitioner in 2013 and has trained all levels of employees on Change Management principals and supported Change Management Implementation projects. Sue is an expert in transition and alignment workshops, working with many teams to bring about increased unity and alignment through uncovering and discussing negatively impacting factors.
She is certified in several assessment tools including GENOS Behavioural EQ, PDA, DISC and the PXT Job Matching assessment.
Sue has first-hand experience in dealing with the impact of significant change in both her personal and professional life and believes strongly in developing one’s resilience and adaptability to not just survive change but thrive and grow through the process of change. Her passion is people and organisational development.
Her spare time is spent mostly on the trails, running in the outdoors and enjoying our beautiful country. Her most significant achievements being the 50km Mont Aux Sources trail and 50km RunTheBerg Extreme.
