  1. What is the name of your business and what is your role? HR EZ4U – Marking Liaison
  2. Describe your business in two sentences. We are a total HR outsourced solutions provider.  Anything from auditing and updated your policies and procedures, keeping them updated, BBBEE and Employment Equity assistance to IR training and consulting.
  3. How long have you been in business? The core business has been in operation for over 20 years.  In 2019 the company split and HR EZ4U was born.
  4. How did you get into this business? Through an inherent and growing need from our clients to work with someone who could cost effectively and professionally assist them with a wide range of HR needs.
  5. What’s the biggest challenge you’ve faced, and how did you overcome it? I believe educating people that there are cost effective and problem solving solutions to any HR challenge if you work with the right partner.  Through best practice and great service, we continue to add more clients to our services.
  6. What single trait/skill could you not have succeeded without? My love of people.  And a desire to improve the world of employment relations.
  7. What is the best business advice you’ve received? “Stick to your knitting” be an expert in your field and you will expand and grow.
  8. Your secret to business success is? The very best client service, coupled with the fact that my colleagues are all experts in their field. We go the extra mile!
  9. What is your business goal for 2023? Our business has had phenomenal growth in the last 6 months, we would like that to continue.
  10. Tell us one thing that not many people know about you? I was a Commodity Trader for 10 years before I entered the HR game.
