  1. What is the name of your business and what is your role? I am a Content Designer at The Social Lamb
  2. Describe your business in two sentences. The Social Lamb is a full-service social media marketing agency  and we help businesses around the world use social media marketing to keep in touch with their target market and grow their brand presence online. Our mission is to help business owners promote their companies through professional guidance, imaginative yet constructive administration of their social media platforms, and target-specific advertising. 
  3. How long have you been in business? I have been at the Social Lamb for a year and four months.
  4. How did you get into this business? I was looking for a career that would give me the opportunity to grow and explore my creativity.
  5. What’s the biggest challenge you’ve faced, and how did you overcome it? Impostor Syndrome has definitely been my biggest challenge. Having never worked in this industry before I have often felt and still feel at times that I am not “qualified” for my role. I haven’t fully overcome this and it is definitely a work in progress, but I have learnt to celebrate my success and not beat myself up if I do make a mistake. 
  6. What single trait/skill could you not have succeeded without? Consistency! I value consistency in my work so I have always done my best to work at a consistent pace and consistently produce good content.
  7. What is the best business advice you’ve received? Be true to who you are – don’t compromise on your values and beliefs. If you don’t truly believe in something, it often shows. 
  8. Your secret to business success is? I would have to say consistency again! If I say I’m going to do something,I get it done. I do my best to be consistent in who I am towards my clients, in my work ethic and in my team. Of course life happens but being reliable and showing up when you say you will is important.
  9. What is your business goal for 2020? My goal this year is to gain some in depth knowledge about Google Adwords and learn more about the data and analytics behind social media. 
  10. Tell us one thing that not many people know about you? I am HIGHLY introverted but I love connecting with people one-on-one.
