  1. Transparency and to always have a paper trail. “Better a short pencil than a long memory”
  2. Never know it all. Always open your mind to learn new challenges.
  3. Networking is key.

  1. Build on a solid foundation.
  2. People always do business with people.
  3. Perpetuate abundance.

  1. Magical number 3. Make 3 intentional connections with 3 ladies from each meeting.
  2. Daisy chain of connections and how important referrals can be.
  3. Build authentic relationships.

CHARMAINE SCHWENN

  1. Life is not always rainbows and sunshine, but KZNWIB is a safe space where you can allow yourself to be vulnerable.
  2. “Slow the duck down”
  3. Learn to say “yes” to yourself and “no” to others without explanation.

EMMA DUNK

  1. Knitting: “Stick to your knitting” stick to what you are good at and stop trying to do everything.
  2. Balls: Family, Work, Health, Faith & Friends…juggling them all. The only rubber ball is work and the rest are glass. Don’t let the important ones drop.
  3. Tribe: Your network determines your net worth.
