Describe what your company does in 2 sentences.
We take good care of our guests in our beautiful 5 star B&B, with 15 rooms across 3 stunning central Westville properties. Our 30 seater conference room hosts both corporate training workshops, and private functions.

What is the first thing you do every morning?
Thank my husband for waking me up with my cup of tea. Very spoilt.

What is the best business advice you ever received?
Don’t worry about your competitors, worry about yourself. If you are the best that you can be, and you do what you love, you will succeed.

Who would be your top three people to invite to dinner? Think celebrities, historical figures, whoever you like!

1. My father met Nelson Mandela many times, and always spoke so highly of him. So I would invite Mandela
2. Mother Theresa
3. The current Pope Francis, and then I would ask for advice on how to be a better person.

If you were a crayon, what colour would you be and why?
Bright pink. I love standing out… and being outstanding!

What is your favourite place on Earth and why?
Hout Bay. It is calm, serene, full of character with the Fishermen, boats, sea, seals and gulls. I cannot help but be in a happy place with the stunning Chapman’s Peak as the backdrop. Lido, Venice is a close second.

Where do you see yourself in five year’s time?
Serving breakfast at Westville B&B and doing what I do best… taking good care of others.

Tell us one random thing that few people know about you.
I am a 2nd level Brown Belt in Karate. I started Karate at 40 with my kids. It keeps me sane!
