Describe what your company does in 2 sentences
We help GROW ORGANISATIONAL COMPETENCE by designing, producing and activating methods, resources and programs to up-skill business owners and employees. We use training, consulting, coaching and multi-media to engage people at all levels in
transforming themselves and their work places.

What is the first thing you do every morning?
Read and Pray, Stretch, Eat – unless I’m catching the Red-Eye (early flight out of DBN)! In that case, it’s a hot and cold shower and a mad dash to the airport!

What is the best business advice you ever received?
Find (or create) a job you love and you’ll never work another day in your life!

Who would be your top three people to invite to dinner? Think celebrities, historical figures, whoever you like!

If they were all still alive… I would really like have dinner with these individuals one-on-one, not at a dinner party – some real DMCs (deep, meaningful conversations):

1. Tata Madiba – I really wish I had had the opportunity to dialogue with him in person, one-on-one
2. David (from the Bible) – to have been referred to as the “friend of God” indicates such a deep personal connection with his Creator
3. Torey Hayden (author, remedial educator and psychologist)

If it had to be a real party with lots of people:
1. Salman Rushdie
2. Stephen Fry
3. Sachin Tendulkar

If you were a crayon, what colour would you be and why?
Red. Brings images to life, represents love, energy and joy, and every picture needs a splash of red.

What is your favourite place on Earth and why?
Wild, rocky, blustering coastlines with rock pools – there are many. The sea calms and revitalises me. I love to stare into it, swim in it, feel its spray, smell it, taste the salt, listen to the incessant crashing of the waves – it captivates all my senses at once. I am most alive when I am in/at the sea.

Where do you see yourself in five year’s time?
More of what I am doing now – love it! Working with small and large organisations, interacting with people from all walks of life, ministering in different communities… but also reading MUCH more, snorkeling MUCH more, exploring far away places MUCH more

Tell us one random thing that few people know about you
I play Diamond Dash on my phone when I am trying to clear my head!
