| Speaking Your BrandAs a person in business (and your company's CBA - Chief Brand Ambassador) learn the importance of a brand out how to make it work effectively for you! You will also discover practical handles for effective public speaking, as well as how to make the most of, and even enjoy the experience. Presented by: Emma Dunk (EM-Between Communications) and Shannon Kenny (Mixed Media) Emma Dunk has over 10 years' experience in the world of public relations, advertising, promotions and marketing. Shannon Kenny, together with husband Patrick, owns Mixed Media, which provides bespoke video production services and theatre-oriented team-building and staff-training. Scholars, medical professionals, community workers, animal behaviourists, marketing executives and accountants have all benefited from their presentation skills training. Shannon, whose recent work has taken her behind the camera as a producer, writer and voice-artist, started her career in theatre. Performing and writing educational and children's theatre, comedy cabaret, touring internationally as a singer, being a presenter on various SABC TV programmes and MC at gala events, has benefited her almost as much as having been the eldest of 5 children in a very loud, loving family. She is passionate about sharing what she has learnt and seeing people be the best they could possibly be - and having fun while they're at it!
