Our energy levels and its impact on others

This will take into account the various levels of energy and and how important it is to be highly energised not only for our own performance but also for the high performance of others.

About Richard Wainwright

Richard was born and educated in Cape Town, (Rondebosch Boys High and Degree) and then he joined Nedbank. Progressed to level of Branch Manager, and was then transferred to Durban and took up a position as Area Manager. Later promoted to Regional Manager Nedbank Commercial Division.

Took a package in 2003 after 30 years in the Corporate world and then became a Life, Business, Team and Executive Coach. Richard currently does Business & Executive Coaching as well as Financial and Management Consulting to a number of small to medium sized Business.
 
He enjoyed running - 2 Comrades and 3 Two Oceans Marathons- but now sticks to walking, swimming and lots of reading - mostly Leadership type books and Motivational stuff.
 
Something nobody knows about Richard.... he loves music and played in a rock band as a youngster.

  3. NO CASH will be taken at the door. All payments to be made by Friday, 30 March.
  4. You may only attend meetings twice as a visitor and thereafter an annual membership payment is required to attend further meetings.
  5. Please note your booking is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email.
  6. Whilst parking is arranged for members, it is on a first come, first served basis. Management have assured us that if the parking is full, a car guard will be arranged to watch member’s cars.
