How do we become world class?
Mariane Vorster, My Business Coach

In his book "The Talent Code" Daniel Coyle talks about how the brain works and how we develop neural pathways to excellence through three major sources. As technology advances, scientists are able to research with more accuracy what was previously guess work. The answer is very simple, the average man has more than enough raw material to become outstanding. Find out how you can access your inner genius.

About Mariane

Mariane Vorster

Mariane spent 14 years with Deloitte moving from accounting, to business consulting, to human resource development. She has been running her own consulting practice since 2002. The focus is on providing strategic, leadership development where the process is in the transfer of skills and knowledge. Her passion lies in increasing the value of individuals in organisations, both from the perspective of their humanity and the institutional knowledge they represent. This requires changes from the 'command and tell' approaches of leadership to coaching styles where the potential of every individual in the organisation is released. She has drawn on international thinking and combined this with an African approach of humanism to produce leadership development programmes that are relevant in the South African context.

Mariane is an accountant by first profession. She has added two masters degrees to that, one being an MBA and the other a masters in Strategy and Organisational Development. She has a variety of coaching and people development training programmes to add to the list.
